If you apply for a travel grant, it is not necessary to register.

It is strongly advised to register early to ensure workshop ticket availability. The registration will prioritise healthcare professionals and researchers as well as individuals showing scientific interest in the field.

Please note that workshop participation grants cover conference, air travel and accommodation expenses provided by the own organisation. We strongly encourage you to apply early not to miss out on this opportunity.

Attendees will gain access to the workshop venue once the confirmation of registration email has been received.

Application procedures & key dates:

The deadline for grant registration is on the November 8^th. 

Cancelation: In case of cancellation the Workshop Secretariat should be informed via email by a week before the workshop. The ticket can be passed on to a substitute delegate but in this case an authorization letter from the original ticket holder should also be sent to the Workshop Secretariat. In the case of not being previously notified of the cancellation a penalty will be imposed to the ticket holder preventing him/ her from attending any future workshop organised by us in the subsequent three years.
